I am a management scholar and Head of the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management at Braude Academic College of Engineering, Israel.

My research focuses on international human resource management and organizational behavior, examining how culture and institutions shape management practices, organizational performance, and employee well-being.

I serve as an Area Editor of European Management Review and represent Israel in the CRANET and GLOBE research networks.
