My teaching at Braude spans undergraduate and graduate courses in management and organizational behavior. I draw on empirical research and international collaborations to help students understand how management practices operate in different cultural and organizational settings.

Graduate supervision
Supervised work has addressed cultural tightness–looseness, relationships between Israeli R&D organizations and Indian suppliers, and the cultural aspects of implementing lean management.
